Xtracta provides AI-powered document data extraction, template mapping, and export tools. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to process the documents you upload.
• You are responsible for reviewing extraction results before relying on them.
• Do not upload documents containing unlawful content or use the service to process data you are not authorized to handle.
• Keep your account credentials confidential.

Plans & billing

• Free and paid plans are offered as described on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
• Usage limits (pages, documents, exports) apply per plan and reset as described at purchase.
• See the refund policy for cancellation and refund terms.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass usage limits of the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Extraction accuracy

AI extraction is provided as a productivity tool. While we strive for high accuracy, results should be reviewed before being relied upon for financial, legal, or compliance decisions.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your documents and data. We retain ownership of the platform, templates system, and extraction technology.

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable professional care. We are not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or decisions made on unverified extraction results.
