Refund Policy

Subscriptions

• You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings — access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Within 7 days of first purchase: if the service does not work as described and our team cannot resolve the issue, we will refund the payment in full.
• Renewals: renewal charges can be refunded within 48 hours of the charge if the service has not been used in the new period.

Usage-based services

Consumed extraction credits, processed documents, and delivered exports are non-refundable once used.

When we refund

• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Service outage preventing use of a paid plan
• Feature materially different from what was described at purchase

How to request

Email hello@ankushgautam.in with your account email and payment reference. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days via Razorpay.
