We collect your account details (name, email), the documents you upload for processing, extraction results, and usage data needed to operate the service. Payments are processed by Razorpay — we never store card details.

Your documents

Documents you upload are processed to provide extraction results to you. They are stored privately under your account, encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share your documents or use them to train AI models. You can delete documents and their results at any time from your history.

How we use information

• To provide document extraction and related features
• To process subscriptions and billing
• To respond to support requests and send service updates

We do not sell your personal information or documents to third parties.

Data retention

Documents and extraction results are retained while your account is active. Deleted documents are purged from storage. Account deletion removes your personal data subject to legal accounting requirements.
